Clayton Harvest Festival Car Show - October 26, 2024
Do you have a cool car or truck? Register for the Clayton Harvest Festival Car Show! The Car Show will be held in conjunction with the Clayton Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Deadline to register is October 24, 2024. If you have questions about the car show, please contact Maria Smith at maria@claytonchamber.com. Participants will receive an email with details regarding load in time and location one week prior to the event.

The Car Show is open to muscle cars, classic cars, custom cars and trucks. Best of Show and other prize winners, 50/50 raffle and entertainment are included.
Load in time starts at 8:00 a.m. with all vehicles in place by 9:30 a.m. Street will be open at 3 p.m. for participating vehicles to exit.
Vehicles are judged by independent judges not affiliated with the Clayton Chamber of Commerce or Matthews Motors of Clayton – Presenting Sponsor.

REFUND POLICY
The festival will be on the scheduled day regardless of weather, other than natural or unnatural disasters (hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, ice storms, terrorist attacks, pandemics, war, etc.). As the Clayton Harvest Festival is hosted by a non-profit organization with revenues being used to cover the event costs, fees are non-refundable, but in the circumstance that the festival cannot occur on the scheduled date, all efforts will be made to reschedule.
You and/or your organization are personally responsible to take any and all precautions set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State guidelines in order to protect yourselves while on the premises/footprint of the 2024 Clayton Harvest Festival.
