Festival Deadlines
Deadline for non-food vendor applications is September 11, 2023 (a $50 late fee will added if you register from September 12, 2023 to October 6, 2023). Late applications will not be accepted after October 7, 2023.
Deadline for food truck applications is September 11, 2023. Late applications will not be accepted after this date due to health inspection requirements. Space is limited.
Serving Food at the Latin American Festival (Food Trucks Only)
Due to Johnston County Dept. of Health regulations, if you plan on selling ANY type of food, you are considered a food vendor, must fill out a food vendor application instead, and apply for necessary documents for Johnston County Health Dept. This includes any type food prepared at the festival, ice cream, snow-cones, smoothies, etc. If you come to the festival prepared to sell food, but have not filled out a food vendor application, you will not be able to set up.
Direct Sales Company Representatives
The Latin American Festival will allow one vendor from each direct sales company to apply for a booth. We will try to post here if we have secured the festival limit.
Fees and Payment
The 2023 Latin American Festival booth prices are as follows:
- Vendor booth $115
- Vendor booth with electricity $165
- Food Truck $210
We accept payment in the form of credit card inside the online registration below. A 2% processing fee will be added. We look forward to seeing you at the festival!

SAFETY
We look forward to working with you this year! You and/or your organization are personally responsible to take any and all precautions set forth by the CDC, Health Officials and state guidelines in order to protect yourselves while volunteering, vending, or performing on the premises/footprint of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce’s Harvest Festival. By registering to be a vendor at the Clayton Harvest Festival, you recognize that you will be exposed to the public and that there is no way that the Clayton Chamber of Commerce can completely control the experience you will have by working with us or bring present at the Clayton Harvest Festival on any given day or time.
REFUND POLICY
The festival will be on the scheduled day regardless of weather, other than natural or unnatural disasters (hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, ice storms, terrorists attacks, pandemics, war, etc.). As the Clayton Harvest Festival is hosted by a non-profit organization with revenues being used to cover the event costs, fees are non-refundable. The Clayton Harvest Festival will not refund fees due to inclement weather, government actions, strikes, terrorism acts or any other matters beyond its control, including but not limited to cancellation of the festival due to a direct result of an unforeseen disaster which renders the festival unable to continue. In the circumstance that the festival cannot occur on the scheduled date, all efforts will be made to reschedule.
